| The Company
was initially promoted by
DSM Group under the name DSM Papers Limited in 1996. During the year 2001-02, Shri Ishwar Chand Agarwal and his family members took over the entire control of the Company and the management
of the Company was shifted
into the hands of Kailash Group of Companies. To
give the group Identity to the company the
name of the company has been changed to
Kailash Paper Products Limited. during 2006,
the name of the company has been again
changed to Genus Paper Products Limited. |

| The Registered Office cum Works of the Company is situated at Village
Aghwanpur, Kanth Road, Moradabad-244001, Uttar
Pradesh. |

| At present, the Company has
four independent plants within the factory premises, having
the facilities for manufacturing Waste Paper based Multi Layer Kraft Paper, Agro based Kraft Paper, M. S. Ingots and Particle Board with
the installed capacities of 46,200 TPA,
20,460 TPA, 23,760 TPA and 5,000 TPA respectively. |
