The Board Plant is an ultra modern fully automatic plant for manufacturing of Bagasse based MDI Bonded Plain Particle Board, having installed capacity of 5,000 TPA. The technical know how as well as Board Manufacturing Plant was imported from M/s Compak System, U.K. The Company is manufacturing Particle Board of the size of 8x4 feet2 having thickness of 8 MM, 10 MM and 12 MM and Elasticity varying from 1800 MPA to 1400 MPA.
 

Particle Board is mainly used for room partition, false ceiling purposes, photo lamination, wall clock cases, base of sceneries etc, and after lamination/pasting of Sun mica the board is used in furniture. Since it is cheaper and durable than the plywood, its consumption is increasing day by day.
